This Privacy Policy describes how Merit ("Merit", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use meritfi.co and our related services (the "Service"). Merit is a financial technology service. The legal entity operating Merit is currently in formation. Once formation is complete, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect MeritFi Technologies, Inc. or its successor entity as the data controller.
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Future matching services will be governed by additional terms presented at the time of opt-in.
